This is the second of a 3 part series called “Bison Parmesan Day”, posts about that time I was too lazy to go to the store so I made breakfast lunch and dinner from 2 of the only ingredients I had in the fridge; ground bison meat and parmesan cheese. It may seem like a weird combination, I know, but actually, well actually it was a weird combination.

Bagel Bacon Cheeseburgers

Bagel Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger Thins

I was bored tonight and looking for some quick food, so I decided to try something weird. I had 2 bagel thins lying around, so I made hamburger patties with holes in the center to see what happened…and somehow it worked.

I love  hamburgers, so I was excited to come up with something new. What I came up with was a Bagel Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger Thin with a hole in the middle of everything on the bun. The hole is KEY! They were really good. Here’s how I got it done:

The Awesome Freestyle Breakfast Burger Experiment

So today I woke up a little late and decided it was too late for breakfast and too early for lunch. So I decided to make a freestyle hamburger. Somehow the simple hamburger turned into a mega breakfast burger…or something like that. I created a prosciutto wrapped swiss & cheddar garlic-onion double burger with egg, mushrooms and arugula. Um.
