Late Night Tostitos Scoops Taco Bites

I had a pound of ground bison (lol, I love bison) that was about to go bad, so I turned it into some awesome tacos. After enjoying some crunchy tacos (the best tacos), collard taco rolls (don’t ask, not good) and some mini bison quesadillas I found myself with some more meat left over.

Well, Friday came, midnight showed up and I was super hungry and craving a delicious and easy snack. I looked in the fridge, saw the leftover bison meat and decided that I was going to eat this. But I had no more taco shells left, no more tortillas and not even any other type of bread options. Then I found something in the pantry that helped me create one of my new favorite late night snacks.

Whoops, I Messed Up: Dry Beef Stew…Ew

Over the last few days I’ve been going into the kitchen with no plan, freestyling different dishes and getting some awesome results (suffed peppers, cheeseburger thins, cheesy greens pizza, prosciutto pizza pockets). However, my skill luck finally ran out on me.

Today I walked into the kitchen and in a matter of minutes had one of the worst dishes in the history of the world. Here’s what happened.

The Awesome Freestyle Breakfast Burger Experiment

So today I woke up a little late and decided it was too late for breakfast and too early for lunch. So I decided to make a freestyle hamburger. Somehow the simple hamburger turned into a mega breakfast burger…or something like that. I created a prosciutto wrapped swiss & cheddar garlic-onion double burger with egg, mushrooms and arugula. Um. Yes…it was amazing. Here’s how I made it.
