This is the second of a 3 part series called “Bison Parmesan Day”, posts about that time I was too lazy to go to the store so I made breakfast lunch and dinner from 2 of the only ingredients I had in the fridge; ground bison meat and parmesan cheese. It may seem like a weird combination, I know, but actually, well actually it was a weird combination.
Lunch may have been a huge failure, but I still had plenty of bison and parmesan left to cap off Bison Parmesan Day! (No I won’t be making a dessert…or will I…). Earlier in this blog, I messed with stuffing Poblano Peppers. I created something tasty, but I didn’t exactly get the procedure down, so I was excited to begin my 2nd Poblano experiment. Here’s what happened:
